Regional Child Abuse Prevention Coalition Grant Request for Application

The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Office of Child Abuse Prevention (OCAP) is pleased to announce the availability of funds to support Child Abuse Prevention Councils (CAPCs) through the Regional Child Abuse Prevention Coalition (RCAPC) Grant. The RCAPC Grant Request for Application (RFA) is soliciting applications to fund eight (8) qualified grantees to coordinate RCAPC efforts by performing the tasks and services set forth in this RFA.
Please do not contact the UCD Resource Center for Family-Focused Practice as technical assistance cannot be provided to individual applicants in this competitive process. Refer to the RFA Narrative for instructions regarding the grant application submission process and the question and answer process. Interested parties will have an opportunity to submit questions in writing by no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 29th, 2009. Please fax or email your questions to the following:
