Welcome to the Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training - California
 

The Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training Project is funded by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), Office of Child Abuse Prevention (OCAP) and was originally developed by the California Institute on Human Services, Sonoma State University (CIHS-SSU). The goal of this project is to have training available for mandated child abuse reporters so they may carry out their responsibilities properly. Below is a list of training modules available at this time. For more information regarding the content of these modules, click on the module name below.

General Modules
The general training modules are all inclusive (non-profession specific)

Professional Modules
The profession-specific training modules are for specific fields of employment, study and volunteers
