The training opportunities listed on this site are sponsored by the California Department of Social Services, in close cooperation with The Center for Human Services at UC Davis Extension (and made possible with generous contributions from the Foundation Consortium of California and the California First Five Commission). This website provides information and reference materials from the Fiscal Essentials two-day training sessions and annual forum, along with a resource library aimed at providing useful insight into financing mechanisms and opportunities to improve programs that serve vulnerable children.
