About the Inter-County Training Consortium
The 41 county human services agencies of the Inter-County Training Consortium (ICTC) pool training and staff development resources through a partnership with the California Department of Social Services. Each participating agency has the opportunity to attend all classes sponsored by the ICTC and conducted throughout the consortium's region of contiguous counties. With this partnership, agencies have access to hundreds of courses within the ICTC in addition to the programs and classes conducted in their own counties.
