As a result of a changing economy affecting all aspects of society, combined with new federal policies, CalWORKs and welfare-to-work employment programs face new challenges and opportunities for helping clients achieve employment and self-sufficiency. Training in this section provides employment services and welfare-to-work supervisors and staff with knowledge, skills, tools, best practices and resources to advance their professional development and to successfully serve agencies, programs and participants in achieving greater outcomes.
